Established in 1988 by Yale alumni and friends in honor of Henry K. Hayase, the Henry K. Hayase, B.A. 1973 prize is awarded for the best student paper or senior thesis dealing with a topic relating to the Asian American experience in the United States. To apply for the Prize, please complete the application on the following page by the deadline: Friday, April 21, 2017 at 5 pm.
- The Henry K. Hayase, B.A. 1973 is open only to students who are currently enrolled in Yale College
- Only senior essays completed in the fall of 2016 and spring 2017 are eligible for consideration.
- Essays must be saved as PDF documents
