Carolina is a first-year graduate student studying comparative politics at Yale. Broadly, her interests lie in environmental politics, social movements and coalitions, and qualitative research methodology with a regional focus on Latin America.
Prior to beginning her doctoral studies, Carolina taught English through the Fulbright U.S. Student program in Portugal and worked in the nonprofit sector in the Washington, DC area. She holds an MA from the University of Chicago’s Committee on International Relations and undergraduate degrees from Arizona State University.
