Each semester, RITM invites a distinguished lecturer for a multi-day visit to speak with groups of students and present public lectures.

Past Programming
In previous years, RITM has bestowed the Yale Basset Award for Community Engagement on a select number of high school juniors. Additionally, RITM has offered Lunch Series, which offered our Faculty Fellows an opportunity to share work-in-progress with members of the RITM community.
The Centering Race Consortium (CRC) Mellon Partnership
The Centering Race Consortium (CRC) is a collaboration with the Center for the Study of Race and Ethnicity in American (CSREA) at Brown University, the Center for Comparative Studies in Race and Ethnicity (CCSRE) at Stanford University, the Center for the Study of Race, Indigeneity, and Transnational Migration (RITM) at Yale University, and the Center for the Study of Race, Politics, and Culture (CSRPC) at the University of Chicago.
