In order to attract the best graduate students to Yale and to support their work, the Center designates a select number of incoming doctoral students annually as RITM Graduate Fellows. These Fellows come from across the Faculty of Arts and Sciences, are nominated by their departments upon admission, and selected by an RITM committee. The RITM Graduate Fellows receive a research stipend; learn about one another’s interdisciplinary research projects; and partake in professional development activities that include introductions to Yale’s resources and opportunities related to their scholarly areas of interest.
