Maria Teresa is a first-year PhD student at the department of Linguistics. Before coming to Yale, she studied at Universidad Nacional de Córdoba, in Argentina. As an undergrad, she worked on Spanish as an L2 oral production from a psycholinguistic perspective.At Yale, she wants to focus on the study of Spanish, specifically “non-binary Spanish” from a point of view that reconciles the contributions of psycho-and neurolinguistics with studies of language change.
