Each year, the RITM Center selects a small cohort of Yale College seniors as Undergraduate Fellows. The program provides a collaborative space for students writing senior theses on topics related to race, indigeneity, and transnational migration. Fellows meet monthly from October through February to share their research, exchange feedback, and engage in interdisciplinary dialogue over dinner. Each Fellow delivers a presentation on their project and receives a research stipend in recognition of their participation and commitment.
